No data is sent to our servers. The video, its processing and display stay entirely in your browser.
The video is sent to our storage (DigitalOcean Spaces, Frankfurt) then to our compute sub-processor (RunPod) for joint detection. It is kept for the duration of processing, and only kept longer if you choose to save or share the analysis (see below).
If you use the "Share" button, the video and analysis measurements are stored securely for 30 days, tied to a unique, non-guessable link ID, then automatically deleted (video and data).
If you leave a rating and/or comment, it is recorded anonymously — no data allowing you to be identified is attached to the review.
We keep anonymous counters (number of analyses, pages viewed) to understand how the site is used. These counters contain no IP address, no browser identifier, and no personal data.
Payment for the cloud analysis is handled entirely by Stripe. MyRunForm never receives or stores any card data.
Data may be shared with the following technical providers, strictly as needed for the service to work: DigitalOcean (hosting, storage), RunPod (GPU compute for cloud analysis), Stripe (payment). These providers may be located outside the European Union; where applicable, they commit to a level of protection compliant with the GDPR (standard contractual clauses or equivalent).
MyRunForm uses no advertising or third-party tracking cookies. Two technical cookies may be set: a session cookie for site administration (reserved for the publisher), and a cookie confirming a payment was made, valid 24 hours, to avoid paying more than once. Your language preference is stored locally in your browser (never sent to our servers).
Under the GDPR, you have a right of access, rectification, erasure, objection and portability over your data. A shared analysis link can be deleted at any time on simple request. To exercise these rights, contact haquinelouan@gmail.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the French data protection authority, the CNIL (cnil.fr).
This policy may be updated; the version in force is the one published on this page.
