These terms govern the use of the site myrunform.com (the "Service"), published by Elouan Haquin, sole trader (SIRET 884 814 575 00020), and the sale of the cloud analysis offered on the Service. Any use of the Service implies unreserved acceptance of these terms.
MyRunForm offers a biomechanical analysis of your running stride from a short video, in two forms:
The Service does not require creating a user account.
Cloud analysis is billed at €4.99 (all taxes included) (VAT not applicable, art. 293 B of the French General Tax Code). This one-time payment gives access to unlimited cloud analyses for 24 hours from the same browser. Payment is processed by Stripe; MyRunForm never collects or stores any banking data.
Under article L221-28 8° of the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for the supply of digital content or a service fully performed before the end of the withdrawal period, where performance began with the consumer's prior express agreement and express waiver of the right of withdrawal. By confirming payment for the cloud analysis, the user requests immediate performance of the service and expressly waives their right of withdrawal, the analysis being launched as soon as payment is confirmed.
MyRunForm is a measurement and understanding tool for running technique. It is not a medical device or a diagnosis, and does not in any way replace the advice of a healthcare professional (doctor, physiotherapist, podiatrist). In case of pain or injury, consult a healthcare professional.
MyRunForm implements reasonable means to ensure continuous access to the Service, without guaranteeing permanent availability. The Service may be interrupted for maintenance, or in case of failure of technical providers (hosting, cloud compute, payment).
Videos submitted for analysis remain the property of the user. The site's content (text, code, visual identity) is the property of Elouan Haquin.
MyRunForm cannot be held liable for use of the analysis results contrary to a healthcare professional's recommendations, nor for the consequences of sporting practice not suited to the user's physical condition.
Under article L.616-1 of the French Consumer Code, any consumer has the right to use a consumer mediation service free of charge in case of a dispute not resolved directly with the Service's publisher.
These terms are governed by French law. In case of dispute, an amicable solution will be sought before any legal action.
MyRunForm reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. The applicable version is the one in force on the date the Service is used.
